Commercial clerk for financial accounting (m/f/d)
Sie haben kaufmännisches Verständnis und kennen sich sehr gut mit den Steuerfällen (EU/Ausfuhr) aus? Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung eines Industriebetriebes mit und der Umgang mit Fibu/ERP-Systemen ist Ihnen nicht fremd? Dann möchten wir Sie sehr gerne kennenlernen.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and checking of outgoing invoices including accounts receivable accounting
- Substitute processing, checking of incoming invoices incl. accounts payable
- Transfer of business transactions from the ERP system to financial accounting via an interface
- Processing and checking of EU and non-EU business transactions, both incoming and outgoing
- Bank posting
- Fixed assets
- Mail, telephony

Outgoing invoice and accounts receivable
