COMPANY FOUNDATION
EPROPLAST GmbH is founded in Schmalkalden / Thuringia as a company for testing tools. From initial small series production in the field of injection molding, increasingly larger orders developed, especially from the automotive industry.
1998PET PACKAGING
We become active in the PET packaging sector. With the purchase of the first 1-stage PET injection stretch blow molding machine, the way is cleared for a new emerging line of business.
2002COMPANY BUILDING
Since October the production and the warehouse are located in modern halls of over 4000 m² with an attached 550 m² office building.
2003Investment
The most extensive investments to date are made in machinery and plant technology.
2007/2008CONSTRUCTION STAGE
The "last" construction phase is completed. In the meantime, more than 7000 m² of production and storage space are available.
2011PRODUCTION CAPACITY
We focus exclusively on the PET packaging business and have achieved a production capacity of over 150 million PET bottles per year.
2015NEW BUILDING
The planned new building will then increase the total area of EPROPLAST to approx. 10,000 m².
2016NEW PREMISES
The planning and start of construction for the extension of the office building by 350 m² began. In the modern, light-flooded extension, additional offices, a gym and further recreation rooms are created.
2018
BRAND RELAUNCH
The "EPROPLAST" brand has been future-proofed. With a revised corporate design and a clear corporate identity, we show how modernization influences the impact both internally and externally.
