PET hotfill bottles for hot filling
PET hotfill bottles are suitable for filling products at temperatures of up to 87°. A special blowing process ensures that the bottles do not warp when filled with hot products.
The contents can be juices, sauces or syrups. Hot filling enables food to be filled in a microbiologically safe way.
PANELLESS PET HOTFILL TECHNology
With the PANELLESS HOTFILL TECHNOLOGY, the surface of the bottle is smooth. This results in a lighter weight and easier labelling.
PET STANDARD HOTFILL TECHNology
With PET STANDARD TECHNOLOGY, the bottle is designed with a ring structure to compensate for volume contraction. These bottles are usually somewhat heavier and tend to be labelled with a ‘full body label’.
